Faucher Auction was founded in 1980 with the desire to provide professional and honest farm auctions in the Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma river valley. Since that time, we now conduct auctions for real estate, households and estates, farm sell outs, and all types of equipment and vehicles. Mike Faucher, founder, owner, and auctioneer, along with his wife, Donna, office manager, enjoy helping others with their auction needs. Whether you are selling or buying, we are here to help you.
Mike is a graduate of Reisch World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, IA. He is a member of the Arkansas Auctioneeer's Association and the National Auctioneer's Association. Mike is a licensed and bonded auctioneer and has a principal broker real estate license for both Arkansas and Oklahoma. We are located at 5701 Alma Hwy., Van Buren, AR

TITLES
All titled vehicles must be in the name of the consignor. There will be a $25 fee for title paperwork charged to the consignor. All titles will be mailed by certified mail within 10 business days.
Nothing Removed Until Settled For Day Of Sale. All Announcements Made On Sale Day Take Precedence Over Written Sale Material. Faucher Auction is not responsible for theft or damage of items.

BUYER'S PREMIUM
Commission rates are on an incremental scale - 20% on the 1st $100, 10% on the next $101 - $2,000, 5% on $2,001 and above (this is per item)
We charge a 5% BP at consignment auctions. $25 Buyback Fee
All sold AS IS, WHERE IS!! We accept cash, debit or credit card with a 4% convenience fee, personal or business check if known by auction co.
